Item data comes from the game client tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: the server sends them to the game when it first needs them, and for those items we use the records the game received. Forever stat values, armor and weapon damage are calculated from item level budgets with the game's formulas. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
